Trash Toys Survey Question
For my research on the idea for trash for toys, I plan on doing a survey among several college students to see how much visual learning has helped them in their educational process. This will let me know if the idea of mass producing these "trash toys" is even worth the effort. I certainly believe that visual models aided me in my learning process, and that they are a vital part of education. I may also interview a teacher or two in order to find out how much they use toys in their teaching.

If would be cool to if you interviewed the parents to and asked them how toys and things like that have had a positive and educational effect on their children. As a parent, they would be very observant of the reactions and changes in the child which would give you a great understanding of how it helps.
ReplyDeleteI think you have a great start on your survey idea. I would be interested to see exactly what you would be asking. Also how do you plan to get it out to a random sample? Do you plan to just send out a mass email?
ReplyDeleteI think you're definitely on the right track. Getting information from both teachers and students will allow for a good spread of results. I would also think of talking to friends parents or something in order to see what they thought were the best toys that they bought for their children.
